Our Vision:
To build a generation of young people who are connected to church, passionate in worship and prayer, confident in their own faith, and united in strong, honest friendships.
Our youth programme is for young people in Years 7–13, with the group split into two age groups: Years 7–9 and Years 10–13.
Both groups meet every other week, creating a space for young people to build friendships, have fun, ask questions and explore what it means to follow Jesus. Our sessions include a mixture of games, discussion, teaching and time together, all within a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Alongside their regular sessions, our Years 7–9 group joins with Years 5–6 for an additional week each month, giving our younger young people the opportunity to connect across the different age groups and enjoy something a little different.
We also meet every other Friday evening for an informal time of fun, food, friendship and Bible study. These evenings are a chance to relax, have fun together and grow in our faith.
REGISTRATION & SAFEGUARDING
We are members of CCPAS (Churches Child Protection Advisory Services - now called thirtyone:eight) and have a thorough Child Protection Policy in place.
Part of our care and security for your children is ensuring we have a thorough registration process and that all our adults are DBS checked at both Sunday and midweek events.
NEWDAY
Newday is one of the largest Christian events for young people that takes place in the UK every year. Thousands of young people aged 12-18 descend on Norfolk Showground, near Norwich to join hundreds of churches from all over the UK and Europe to learn about and worship God, camp out together and soak in the summer festival feeling, leaving Newday further along in their relationship with Jesus.
